1. Introduction
Welcome to PRISH. These Terms and Conditions govern the access, browsing, use, order placement and purchase of products from PRISH, a partnership firm engaged in the online sale of imitation jewellery, fashion jewellery, artificial jewellery, accessories and related products.
By accessing PRISH website, placing an order, making payment, communicating through WhatsApp/social media, or purchasing any product from PRISH, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms shall be read together with PRISH Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policy published or communicated by PRISH.
2. Business Description
PRISH is engaged in the business of selling imitation jewellery, fashion jewellery, artificial
jewellery, accessories and related products through online and digital channels. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the products sold by PRISH are not made of real gold, silver, platinum, diamond, precious stones or precious metals. The products are intended for fashion, styling, gifting and decorative use only.
3. Eligibility to Use and Purchase
1. The customer is legally competent to enter into a contract.
2. The customer is at least 18 years of age or is placing the order under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
3. The information provided by the customer is true, complete and accurate.
4. The customer is purchasing the product for lawful purposes.
5. The payment method used by the customer is valid and authorised.
PRISH reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
4. Product Information
PRISH makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including product images, descriptions, colours, designs, prices, sizes, materials, care instructions and availability. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, handmade finishing, batch variation or product material characteristics. The customer is advised to carefully read the product description before placing an order.
5. Imitation Jewellery Disclaimer
1. Products sold by PRISH are imitation/fashion jewellery unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
2. Products are not made of real gold, silver, platinum, diamond or precious stones unless expressly stated.
3. Product polish, shine, plating, colour or finish may fade over time depending on usage, storage and handling.
4. Stones, beads, pearls, chains, hooks or decorative elements may have minor variation.
5. Handmade or handcrafted products may have slight irregularities.
6. Such minor irregularities shall not be considered defects
6. Skin Sensitivity and Allergy Disclaimer
Imitation jewellery may not be suitable for all skin types. PRISH shall not be liable for any allergy, rash, irritation, skin reaction, discomfort or sensitivity caused due to individual skin type, metal sensitivity, artificial coating, plating, polish or improper use. Customers with sensitive skin are advised to use the products carefully and discontinue use in case of irritation.
7. Product Care Disclaimer
1. Keep jewellery away from water.
2. Avoid contact with sweat, perfume, sanitizer, cosmetics and chemicals.
3. Store jewellery in a dry pouch/box.
4. Wipe gently after use.
5. Avoid pulling, bending or rough handling.
6. Avoid wearing jewellery while bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
7. Keep jewellery away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Damage caused due to improper care or mishandling shall not be treated as a product defect.
8. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. PRISH reserves the right to revise product prices, offers, discounts, shipping charges and other charges at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of confirmed order shall generally apply to that order, except in case of pricing error, technical error or listing error.
9. Taxes
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at the time of purchase. GST, shipping charges, packaging charges, payment gateway charges or other applicable charges may be levied as per applicable law and business policy. A tax invoice/bill may be issued wherever applicable.
10. Product Availability
1. Product is out of stock.
2. Product is discontinued.
3. Product fails quality check before dispatch.
4. Listing contains an error.
5. Pricing is incorrect.
6. Delivery location is not serviceable.
7. Payment is not received or confirmed.
In such cases, PRISH may offer an alternative product, store credit or refund, as applicable.
11. Order Placement and Acceptance
An order placed by the customer shall be treated as an offer to purchase. The order shall be considered accepted only when PRISH confirms the order through website notification, email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other official communication channel. PRISH reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

PRISH shall not be responsible for failed delivery, wrong delivery, delay or additional cost caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
13. Payment Terms
Payment may be made through the modes made available by PRISH, including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, payment gateway, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery, wherever available.
1. Payment details used are valid and authorised.
2. PRISH shall not be liable for payment failure caused by bank, gateway or third-party service provider.
3. Order processing may begin only after payment confirmation.
4. Any payment gateway charges, COD charges or transaction charges may be payable by the customer, if applicable.
14. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, locations and order values. PRISH reserves the right to disable or reject COD orders in the following cases:
1. High-value order.
2. Non-serviceable location.
3. Past refusal of COD orders.
4. Suspicious transaction.
5. Incomplete address.
6. Customer unreachable.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in cancellation of future COD facility for the customer.
15. Shipping and Delivery
PRISH shall make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver products within the estimated
timeline. Delivery timelines are only indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather
conditions, public holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, remote delivery location, operational issues, force majeure events, government restrictions and logistics partner delays. PRISH shall not be liable for delay caused by courier partners, logistics providers, payment gateways or circumstances beyond its control.
16. Customer Responsibility at Delivery
1. Delivery address is complete and correct.
2. Mobile number is reachable.
3. Someone is available to receive the order.
4. Package condition is checked at the time of delivery.
5. Any visible tampering is reported immediately.
If the package appears tampered, damaged or opened, the customer should avoid accepting the package or should record proper proof at the time of delivery.
17. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage shall pass to the customer once the product is delivered to the address provided by the customer or received by any person on behalf of the customer.
18. Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund
All returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds shall be governed by PRISH separate Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the return, exchange, cancellation and refund conditions of PRISH.
19. Offers, Discounts and Promotions
1. Modify or withdraw any offer at any time.
2. Restrict offers to selected products or customers.
3. Reject misuse of coupon codes.
4. Cancel orders placed through fraudulent offer usage.
5. Decide whether multiple offers can be combined.
6. Change offer validity without prior notice.
Products purchased under sale, discount or promotional campaign may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, defective or wrongly delivered.
20. Customised, Personalised and Made-to-Order
Products Customised, personalised, pre-order and made-to-order products are arranged or prepared specifically as per customer requirements. Such products shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery. Advance amount paid for customised or made-to-order products may be non-refundable.
21. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may be subject to separate commercial terms, including advance payment, delivery timeline, cancellation restriction and refund limitation. PRISH reserves the right to treat bulk orders differently from regular retail orders.
22. Intellectual Property
All content used by PRISH, including brand name, logo, product images, photographs, videos, graphics, text, designs, website content, social media content, packaging content and marketing material, belongs to PRISH or its authorised licensors/suppliers. No person shall copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, download, commercially exploit or use such content without prior written permission from PRISH. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
23. User Reviews, Feedback and Content
Customers may provide reviews, ratings, testimonials, feedback, photographs or videos. By
submitting such content, the customer grants PRISH the right to use, display, reproduce or share such content for marketing, promotional, social media or business purposes, unless specifically objected to by the customer in writing. PRISH reserves the right to remove or not publish any review or content that is abusive, false, defamatory, offensive, misleading or unlawful.
24. Prohibited Activities
1. Use the PRISH platform for fraudulent activity.
2. Place fake orders.
3. Use unauthorised payment methods.
4. Copy product images or content.
5. Misuse coupon codes.
6. Resell products without permission.
7. Provide false information.
8. Upload or transmit harmful code.
9. Interfere with website functionality.
10. Abuse, threaten or harass PRISH staff.
11. Violate any applicable law.
PRISH reserves the right to cancel orders, block access, deny service or take legal action in such cases.
25. Third-Party Services
PRISH may use third-party service providers, including payment gateways, courier partners,
website platforms, marketplace platforms, social media platforms and technology service
providers. PRISH shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, failures, policies or
technical issues of such third-party service providers.
26. Marketplace Sales
Where PRISH products are sold through third-party marketplaces, the terms and policies of such marketplace may also apply. In case of conflict, the marketplace policy may prevail for orders placed directly through that marketplace.
27. Accuracy of Website and Listing Information
PRISH endeavours to keep product listings, prices, descriptions and availability updated. However, errors may occur due to technical, typographical, operational or human reasons. PRISH reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders or refuse fulfilment where any listing, pricing or product information is incorrect.

31. Grievance Redressal

32. Limitation of Liability
1. Indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
2. Loss of profit, business, opportunity or goodwill.
3. Delay caused by courier/logistics partner.
4. Payment failure caused by bank/payment gateway.
5. Product misuse or improper storage.
6. Skin allergy or sensitivity.
7. Minor colour, size, design or finish variation.
8. Customer incorrect product selection.
9. Incorrect delivery details provided by customer.
10. Unauthorised use of payment instrument by customer or third party.
In any case, PRISH total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
33. No Warranty Beyond Express Terms
1. Long-term polish.
2. Colour retention.
3. Plating durability.
4. Stone fixing.
5. Resistance to water, sweat or chemicals.
6. Suitability for sensitive skin.
7. Suitability for a particular purpose.
The life of imitation jewellery depends on usage, care, storage and handling.
34. Indemnity
1. Breach of these Terms.
2. Misuse of products.
3. False information provided by customer.
4. Violation of law.
5. Unauthorised payment usage.
6. Infringement of third-party rights.
7. Improper use or resale of products.
35. Force Majeure
PRISH shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its
reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, strike, labour issue, epidemic, pandemic, lockdown, government restriction, transport disruption,
courier/logistics failure, internet or technology failure, payment gateway failure or any other event beyond reasonable control.
36. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
37. Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts having jurisdiction over the
registered/principal place of business of PRISH shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms, transactions, products or services.
